. Gen-next of Manipur had waited for decades if the Indian

political and legal system had delivered goods to eradicate

inequality,poverty, malnutrition, disease,injustice, racism

internal colonialism and discrimination.They probably

concurred that they are going to be firmly institutionalised

for good.They did not wait for another millennia while

waiting for the Godot.
