in the appointed evening plenary speech,addressed
on the 'Brutal State Repression and national
questions in the North Eastern States[sic.India]
He added that the national contradictions
legitimate national questions in the North
states should be resolved by political means,
by terminating military means and by
considering legitimate national demands
as per international law, as it has been done
in the cases of East Timor,Western Sahara,
Namibia and Puerto Rico."
