"Releasing the Report at a function here this afternoon,a Senior Professor of the Law Faculty of Gauhati University,Prof.N.Sanajaoba questioned the effectiveness and relevance of the IM(DT) Act stating that while the Foreigners Act,1948 is well equipped to deal with foreign nationals all over the country."
