"Speaking at the occasion[ sic. anniversary of several lakh-people rally in 1997],Prof.Sanajaoba[chief guest] observed that in accordance to the International Court of Justice[sic. verdict on uti possidetis rule in general],India government cannot compromise with the territorial integrity of Manipur, and in case Delhi uses force to dismember any part of Manipur,then it should be held responsible for the consequences."
